Onboarding, step by step

Download and install
Download Veyl for Mac or Windows. On a Mac, open the file, drag Veyl into Applications and open it from there. On Windows, run the installer, and if SmartScreen warns you, click More info, then Run anyway. Veyl floats a small widget on your screen.

Create your account
Sign up with email and password, in the app or on this site. No card required to start.

Let Veyl hear the call
Allow the microphone so Veyl hears you. On a Mac, also turn on Veyl under Screen & System Audio Recording so it hears the other person, then quit and reopen Veyl. Nothing on your screen is recorded, and nothing is recorded until you press Record.

Record your first meeting
Hit Record in the widget on your next call. Live coaching is on Starter and Pro. Free includes live transcription and tasks. You can also capture from the web at /app/live. Let your clients know you use a note-taking assistant, and follow local recording and consent law.
