Is there really a free tier?+
Yes. Free includes the floating widget, live transcription, and tasks — with a monthly Live minutes allowance. Live AI coaching and AI summaries are on Starter and Pro. No card required at signup.
What about transcript storage?+
Saved meetings stay in your account until you archive or delete them. Automatic retention windows are on the roadmap — we do not claim a fixed 30-day delete policy today.
What are Live minutes?+
Live minutes are wall-clock capture time. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each cycle — unused plan minutes do not roll over. Purchased minute-pack top-ups carry across resets. Soft-deleted meetings still consume the minutes used.
Can prices change?+
Pricing is admin-controlled and may be adjusted, but we hold increases to at most once every one to two years. Any change is logged with full version history.
