Privacy

Veyl is a floating meeting assistant operated by Mentor Agora Ltd. This page describes how we handle account and meeting data in plain language. It is a v0 policy and may be updated as the product grows.

Account data

You create an account with email and password. We store the credentials needed to authenticate you (via our auth provider) and profile fields you choose to provide. We do not offer Google or Microsoft sign-in yet.

Meeting content

When you record, audio is processed for live transcription and coaching. Saved meetings, transcripts, summaries, and tasks are stored in your account until you archive or delete them. We do not sell your meeting content.

Recording consent

You are responsible for complying with recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction. Veyl does not join meetings as a bot, but that does not replace your legal obligations to participants.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
