Sharper live coaching, steadier sessions, minutes that carry over

Update

2026-10-16 · Veyl

This release makes the coaching you see during a call more specific, keeps your session running when your connection wobbles, and makes sure the minutes you buy stay yours.

Coaching on GPT-6 Luna

Live coaching, Ask, notes, summaries, and follow-up drafts now run on OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna.

What you'll notice on a call:

  • Suggestions that use the client's own words. Ask next questions (and Say next lines when you're the attendee) build on what was just said, so the next line sounds like a natural follow-on, not a generic prompt.
  • Clearer listen-for tips. Tips point at the one thing worth noticing right now, for example whether a concern is something the client has seen or something they're still guessing about.
  • The same model everywhere. Ask, notes, summaries, and follow-up drafts use GPT-6 Luna too, and stay grounded in what was said in the meeting.

Nothing changes in how you use Veyl. Brief it, start the call, and it listens before it suggests.

Sessions that keep going

  • A brief connection drop no longer ends your session. If Veyl can't reach your account for a moment, capture keeps running and checks again. It only stops if your account stays unreachable for over a minute, and then it says so plainly.
  • Upgrade mid-meeting and keep recording. Moving to a bigger plan during a call now keeps the session running with your new plan's features.

Minutes that carry over

Your monthly plan minutes are used first. Minutes from a minute pack carry over to the next month, and so do referral reward minutes. On Usage, the Remaining tile shows how many of your minutes carry over.

Plan minutes still reset each month. Unused plan minutes don't roll over.
