Live coaching without a meeting bot means the help stays on your computer. Veyl suggests what to say next while you are on a client call. No extra participant is added to Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or an in-person conversation.
Veyl is not another meeting recorder. Notes apps own the transcript after the call. This page is about the moment you want a next line, while you are still the person in the conversation.
What stays on your screen
- The desktop widget sits over your other apps. On that app, the widget is kept off your screen share. Those are private notes for you.
- You can see a live transcript while you talk.
- On Starter and Pro, coaching can show a tip, a next line, and action items during the call. Free to start does not include live coaching.
- You can save tasks afterward. A follow-up can be drafted and copied. Veyl does not send that email for you.
What this is not
Veyl does not join the meeting, and it does not make a recording legal. You are responsible for consent where you work.
Calendar connect is optional. You can record without it. If you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, Veyl reads events into the app. It does not create or edit those events, and calendar connect is not a Google or Microsoft login.
Ask Veyl if you want a short product answer. The docs cover download, coaching, and consent. Download the desktop app, or start free. There is no card required to create an account. Paid coaching limits are on pricing.
A category contrast is on Veyl vs meeting bots. The same wedge, in coach language, is what to say next on client calls.
