Most of the day is already on a calendar. The hard part is keeping that schedule aligned with what actually happens on the call — the transcript, the coaching, the follow-ups.
Veyl now lets you optionally connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Upcoming events sync into one place in the app (Agenda, Week, and Month). When you hit Record, you can link the capture to the right meeting instead of guessing later.
Why both
Coaches and consultants don’t all live in one ecosystem. Some run Google, some run Outlook, many run both for different clients. We ship both connectors together as one calendar story: connect what you use, keep recording without a bot joining the call, stay invisible on screen share.
What sync means (and doesn’t)
- Does: pull title, time, and attendees into Veyl; update when you change or delete an event on Google/Outlook and refresh
- Doesn’t: create or edit events *inside* Google or Outlook from Veyl
- Doesn’t: replace email/password login with “Sign in with Google” (that’s still on the roadmap)
You don’t need it to start
Calendar is optional. Download, grant the mic, and Record still works. Connect a calendar when you want the schedule and the capture to line up.
